“I have been at Garden since I was two. And before that, I was there every day to drop off my older sister. Garden has changed my life forever. The teachers at Garden have taught me not just math and science, but valuable life skills. They taught me how to be independent but also how to work in a group. They taught me to respect my elders, but also that they can be my friends. They taught me how to be a leader and how to take direction. But most importantly, they care about me. They call me every time I do not come to school and the next day they ask if I’m okay. They really, sincerely care about me. And every teacher knows my name, from the toddler class all the way up to middle school. Garden has prepared me well for high school, college and beyond. I will not be able to call Garden my school anymore but I will always be able to say that Garden is my home.”
